Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee, and non-attendance of sessions will require full-fee payment. This may be waived at Woven Holistic Counselling’s discretion in extenuating circumstances. The cancellation policy runs from Monday to Friday and does not take into account weekends or public holidays.
Payment Policy
Payment is required at the time of booking via Stripe, or unless otherwise arranged. If you are experiencing extenuating circumstances, please get in contact to discuss.
NDIS clients invoices will be emailed after their sessions to the NDIA or their plan-manager as arranged. Failure to make payment by the due date will suspend any booked appointments and cease your ability to make new appointments until the payment has been made.
